Regular physical activity is recommended to keep your body strong and healthy. It can help prevent heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, obesity, osteoporosis and reduces stress. Exercise can strengthen bones and lungs, helps prevent cancer, uplifts your mood and boosts energy. Dance helps keep your brain active and improve motor skills and balance. It helps you to feel good!

Zumba Fitness was created by Beto Perez in the 1990’s and combines Latin/world music with the structure of an aerobics programme. Dance is one of the best ways to keep fit and supple whilst also having a fantastic time. With Zumba, you feel inspired by the exciting, uplifting music. You can burn between 500 – 1000 calories per class. You don’t have to ‘get the moves right’ the emphasis is on having a great time and getting fitter.

Private singing lessons available for children or adults at Olivia’s studio. Build confidence, improve technique, have fun. Prices:

  • Under 10’s £12.50 for 30mins
  • 10 – 18 year olds £35 per hour
  • Adults £40 per hour.
