Yes, everybody is welcome at Zumba! There is no pressure to ‘get the moves right’. The environment is supportive and friendly. It doesn’t matter where you are in your fitness journey, you can go at your own pace. You do not have to be perfect! The emphasis is on enjoying yourself, getting healthier and fitter and having a great time with your friends.
As long as you have no health problems that prevent you from doing regular exercise, you can start when you are ready. If you are new to exercise or coming back after a break, you should start gently and build up. If you have had an operation, a baby or have been unwell you should get advice from your doctor before starting. If you have high blood pressure, you need to get a note from the doctor before you start.
Yes you can still workout whilst you are pregnant. It’s best to listen to your body and go at the right pace for you. If you have high blood pressure or diabetes it is recommended that you consult with your doctor before you start.

Tuesday nights are £7, Wednesday nights are £5, Saturdays are £6.
Yes you can, although we cannot guarantee there will be a space if it is a busy class. If you decide to come regularly, it might be worth booking in advance.
